The doctors at Merckling Family chiropractic use multiple types of spinal manipulations based on patient presentation and comfort/tolerance level. Adjustment force can be varied based on the individual patients needs and level of comfort with the procedure. Some common types of spinal manipulations used in our practice include: Diversified adjusting, Instrument assisted adjusting/Activator technique, Flexion/Distraction, Drop table adjustments, Webster technique, Rib adjustments and extremity adjustments to the shoulders, hips, knees, wrists and ankle/foot.
